Role Overview
We’re seeking a Canada-based Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to real client projects. This role blends traditional sales and marketing support with hands-on use of AI tools to improve lead generation, outreach, content creation, and social media visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and customer persona development.
- Use AI-powered platforms (Apollo, Smartlead, Clay, Fireflies, ChatGPT, Notion AI) to:
- Build prospect lists and enrich lead data.
- Draft and personalize sales emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Summarize meetings, track tasks, and support CRM updates.
- Support content creation and creative development:
- Write and schedule LinkedIn posts for company and client accounts.
- Assist with blog drafting, newsletters, and case studies.
- Develop graphics, presentations, or short videos using Canva, AI image tools, or other creative platforms.
- Monitor outreach campaigns, track engagement metrics, and provide weekly reports.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions for go-to-market strategies and client proposals.

Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Must be based in Canada (remote work possible, with occasional in-person collaboration).
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience in social media posting and content creation.
- Familiarity with design or creative platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI design tools).
- Comfortable experimenting with AI-driven tools for sales and marketing.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Interest in social enterprises, sustainability, or mission-driven businesses is a plus.
Compensation & Duration
- Internship length: 4 months
- Hours: 20–40 hours per month (flexible scheduling)
- Compensation: Limited-pay internship (with allowance for travel and approved expenses only)
- Potential for full-time employment following the internship
