Role Overview
We’re seeking a Canada-based Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to real client projects. This role blends traditional sales and marketing support with hands-on use of AI tools to improve lead generation, outreach, content creation, and social media visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and customer persona development.
  • Use AI-powered platforms (Apollo, Smartlead, Clay, Fireflies, ChatGPT, Notion AI) to:
  • Build prospect lists and enrich lead data.
  • Draft and personalize sales emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Summarize meetings, track tasks, and support CRM updates.
  • Support content creation and creative development:
  • Write and schedule LinkedIn posts for company and client accounts.
  • Assist with blog drafting, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Develop graphics, presentations, or short videos using Canva, AI image tools, or other creative platforms.
  • Monitor outreach campaigns, track engagement metrics, and provide weekly reports.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions for go-to-market strategies and client proposals.

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in social media posting and content creation.
  • Familiarity with design or creative platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI design tools).
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI-driven tools for sales and marketing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Interest in social enterprises, sustainability, or mission-driven businesses is a plus.

Compensation & Duration

  • Internship length: 4 months
  • Hours: 20–40 hours per month (flexible scheduling)
  • Compensation: Limited-pay internship (with allowance for travel and approved expenses only)
  • Potential for full-time employment following the internship
