We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist, coach, trend-spotter, and brand ambassador. At A’BriTin Catering & Hospitality, we don’t just cater food — we serve unforgettable experiences. And we need YOU to help us keep growing. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: * Lead Generation – Build smart strategies to bring in quality leads that actually convert. * Brand Presence – Be the face of A’BriTin at open houses, expos, and networking events. * Data & Trends – Use numbers (and your gut) to spot what’s working — and what’s not. * Marketing Campaign Calendar Boss – Plan it, execute it, stick to it. * Website Management – Keep our websites fresh, on-brand, and optimized. * Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with operations and admin teams. * Partnership Development – Build and nurture relationships with venue partners, vendors, and local organizations to create co-marketing opportunities and boost referrals. * Reputation & Review Management – Monitor and respond to online reviews, maintain strong ratings, and manage public-facing brand perception. * Event Marketing Support – Strategize and support major launches, open houses, expos, and seasonal campaigns that drive both brand awareness and bookings. * Sales Enablement – Equip the sales team with updated collateral, training, scripts, and CRM support to shorten the sales cycle and improve close rates. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Proven Sales and/or Marketing Leadership (or similar) * CRM + CSM + Marketing Tech Pro (SalesForce, Caterease, TripleSeat, HubSpot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, WordPress, Wix, Google Analytics & Ads, etc.) * Content Creation Powerhouse (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.) * Strategic Thinking, Tactical Doer * Data-Driven Decision Maker * Excellent Communicator * Reputation Builder * Confident and Polished Presence ADDITIONAL NOTES * Able to lift and push up to 50+ pounds (rare) * Able to spend long periods sitting or sedentary.
