We are seeking a dynamic and well-established Sales and Marketing Manager who possesses the drive to expand our market presence both nationally and internationally. Key duties include:

  • Formulating and implementing sales and marketing policies as well as for advertising, in consultation with our managers.
  • Supervising, managing, and controlling activities.
  • Managing and directing salespersons within the organisation.
  • Determining and directing sales personnel and teams on methods of selling and marketing the company’s products.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A deep understanding of the financial investment industry, coupled with a proven track record in providing innovative product marketing solutions tailored to fund manager sales and marketing objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global investment management relationships and programs, particularly in the context of domestic and international conferencing partnerships.
  • Extensive knowledge of target markets both nationally and internationally. Expertise in the European market and culture is a must.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Microsoft 365, monday.com and Salesforce is essential.
  • At least 5 years of full-time relevant experience is required.

Pay: $140,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and well-established Sales and Marketing Manager who possesses the drive to expand our market presence both nationally and internationally. Key duties include:

  • Formulating and implementing sales and marketing policies as well as for advertising, in consultation with our managers.
  • Supervising, managing, and controlling activities.
  • Managing and directing salespersons within the organisation.
  • Determining and directing sales personnel and teams on methods of selling and marketing the company’s products

In this newly created role, you will:

  • Create and lead the marketing strategy, designing specific campaigns, and running events designed to drive engagement and interest amongst target audiences.
  • Attend and engage in industry events, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate and report directly to company directors.
  • Service new and existing clients, leading work-in-progress (WIP) meetings.
  • Manage contract deliverables, including events, content, and other bespoke packages.
  • Manage the full campaign process from contracting and executing, through to post-campaign analysis and renewal, delegating tasks to account managers as appropriate.
  • Support the sales and marketing initiatives of the directors, attending prospective client meetings.
  • Prepare implementation strategy for new and existing accounts, working with account managers for the management and delivery of all tasks.
  • Engage in outbound marketing and business development for new clients, events, and opportunities.
  • Identify key opportunities to increase the client’s account through company products or bespoke solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across related businesses.
  • Nurture one-off relationships and seek to build them into new ‘key account’ partnerships.
  • Identify and initiate new ideas for business growth opportunities, including innovative events and products.
  • Initiate brainstorming, conceptualising, and implementing new campaigns and ideas.
