Responsibilities
  • Design and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies specifically tailored to the pharmaceutical and health products sector, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, market demand, and company growth objectives.
  • Drive market expansion through product positioning and brand development, identifying opportunities in retail pharmacies, healthcare providers, and online platforms, while ensuring our products meet the expectations of both professionals and end consumers.
  • Lead the launch of new health and pharmaceutical products, overseeing go-to-market planning, regulatory compliance, pricing strategy, and promotional activities to maximise uptake and market penetration.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to analyse consumer health trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor product pipelines, transforming insights into actionable strategies that secure a competitive edge.
  • Develop and manage key client and stakeholder relationships, including healthcare professionals, pharmacy chains, to build trust and long-term partnerships that strengthen company’s presence in the industry.
  • Oversee advertising, and promotional campaigns across both traditional and digital channels, ensuring brand messaging communicates scientific credibility, product safety, and health benefits effectively to different target audiences.
  • Manage and report on sales performance and budgets, preparing forecasts, financial analyses, and return-on-investment evaluations to support data-driven decision-making by senior management.
  • Guide and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing training on industry-specific compliance, effective sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and supply chain teams to ensure that marketing and sales strategies reflect product development pipelines, regulatory approval timelines, and inventory capabilities.
  • Champion ethical and compliant marketing practices within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring all activities align with Australian laws, and the company’s values of integrity and trust.
