QUALIFICATIONS:

1. To be eligible, youth must:

• be between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period*
• be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment** and
• have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations

*The youth must be 15 years of age at the beginning of the employment period. The youth may be more than 30 years of age at the end of the employment period as long as the youth was 30 at the beginning of the employment period.

3. Have secondary education;
4. Understand the oil and gas industry;
5. Willing to learn;
6. Priority opportunities for youth with disabilities.

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy and plan;
2. Identify and source potential clients by doing research and due diligence;
3. Forecast short term and long term business volume;
4. Identify and analyze the potential clients training and development needs;
5. Develop and implement the existing clients;
6. Development and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients;
7. Manage and operate training programs;
8. Evaluate the training programs.
