This is a chance to build a sales engine from the ground up, collaborate with leadership, and make a real impact in a growing organisation that saves lives.
Your Mission
You’ll be our go-to for both sales growth and brand visibility-owning outreach, prospecting, and marketing execution. You’ll also be a key contributor to the early phases of our sales system build-out.
Your first 6 months will focus on:
- Laying the groundwork for a repeatable, insight-driven sales process
- Learning the product, market, and customer landscape inside out
- Generating new leads through digital and proactive outreach
- Developing and improving our CRM, prospecting tools, and playbooks
- Testing and refining marketing channels and strategies with support from colleagues
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage customer relationships from first contact through close
- Execute social media and SEO strategies that generate qualified leads
- Work closely with the General Manager on customer research and strategic targeting
- Create consistent messaging across social media platforms
- Collaborate on product development and marketing based on customer insights
- Contribute to the development of the CardioCaddy online store and sales pipeline for defibs and consumables
What You Bring
Experience:
- 2+ years in a sales and marketing, or lead generation role within the healthcare sector (Specific experience selling AEDs is highly desireable)
- Confidence with CRM tools, social media marketing, and outbound strategy
- Track record of converting leads and nurturing long-term customer relationships
- Experience in opportunity planning, pipeline management, and post-sale care
Skills:
- Data-driven decision-making and keen customer insight gathering
- Creative thinker with strong commercial instincts
- Confident communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills
- Proactive, self-management, time prioritisation, and organisational abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and across functions
