Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The primary purpose of a Sales and Marketing Manager is to oversee and drive the development, implementation, and execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives. This includes increasing brand awareness, generating leads, driving revenue growth, and maintaining customer relationships. They work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with marketing efforts, while also identifying market opportunities, analyzing customer data, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for the delivery of his/her Monthly Job Target
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and targets.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales and marketing team to achieve goals.
  • Work with the sales team to convert leads into customers, ensuring smooth handoff between marketing and sales.
  • Develop and manage the budget for both sales and marketing activities.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Oversee customer feedback mechanisms, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, sales results, and market trends to senior management.
  • Work with product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
  • Continuously innovate to improve both marketing and sales processes and achieve better results.
