CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & JOURNEY

  • Translate company vision and values into actionable priorities for both departments
  • Design and oversee a branded customer experience, from first inquiry to long-term homeowner follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Operations, including Service & Warranty, to refine handover experiences and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a culture of care and responsiveness that allows customers to experience wow at every stage.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback, lead sources, and conversion metrics to continuously improve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3–7 years of progressive leadership experience in residential real estate, new home construction, or development.
  • Demonstrated success managing and integrating both Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer journey design.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Active Campaign, or equivalent), analytics, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to travel between project sites and to corporate and agency meetings as required.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Sales & Marketing Manager is a pivotal role that will own the full lifecycle of community sales and marketing — from market research and product design to project launches, brand presence, and the customer journey. As a member of the management team, you’ll oversee the Sales and Marketing departments, working collaboratively across, Décor, and Operations. You’ll be accountable for hitting revenue targets, elevating the brand, and delivering homeowner experiences that embody our values to present wow, experience wow, and build wow.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Attend meetings, community events, and company functions as a representative of Dunsire
  • Participate in strategic planning, business development, and executive leadership sessions as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, and contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referral networks.
  • Support onboarding and development of new staff within your departments.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Vice President to support the success of Dunsire Homes Inc. and its group of companies.
