OVERVIEW

We are a growing residential homebuilder specializing in new-construction spec homes and multi-family apartments. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of our sales pipeline, brand presence, and marketing efforts. This role combines hands-on marketing, real estate outreach, and community networking to help us sell more homes, strengthen our brand, and build long-term relationships with agents and buyers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in real estate sales, marketing, or related field (homebuilding experience a plus).
• Familiarity with MLS, social media advertising, and basic graphic/content creation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.
• Nevada real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
