As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Leader to strengthen our brand, attract new families, and ensure a consistently excellent experience from first contact through to enrolment.
Position Overview:
This senior role will lead the Sales and Marketing function across the Little Foxes group, bringing strategic focus, data insight, and energy to our growth plans. The Sales and Marketing Leader will work closely with our external marketing agency (CBG) to analyse performance and steer campaigns, while owning internal sales processes and leading the team to achieve occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a management role within sales or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer interactions and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in motivating teams towards achieving set goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
