QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing platforms, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our business growth through innovative sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is pivotal in expanding our market reach, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales initiatives, executing marketing plans, and optimizing customer engagement to contribute to the company’s success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales targets to maximize the company’s sales and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the company’s services and reach a wider audience.
  • Create and reinforce brand image and loyalty to drive increased consumption of the company’s services.
  • Manage public relations efforts to build and maintain a strong brand reputation.
  • Oversee market research to analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing direction and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Manage and maintain company social media presence, website content, and online advertising.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Australian laws and industry regulations related to marketing and advertising.
