As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the sales and marketing team, setting and executing annual performance targets to ensure the team achieves key objectives across client consultation conversions, campaign execution, brand communication, and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to establish an efficient sales funnel management system to drive lead conversion, optimize marketing investment, and enhance team performance and execution. You will be responsible to oversee brand development, client acquisition, and partner engagement across our education and migration service lines. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing integrated campaigns that reach prospective international students, visa applicants, and institutional partners—while driving conversion, awareness, and trust.

  • Plans, organises, directs, controls, and coordinates the sales team and marketing activities within an organisation to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Oversees the creation and execution of sales strategies while setting performance targets to maximise revenue and build long-term customer loyalty.
