Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Merridale Ltd Head Office, Lower Walsall Street, Horseley Fields, Wolverhampton, WV1 2EU
Hours: Full‑time, Mon–Fri 8:30–17:00

• Lead and motivate a compact sales team (2 Sales Engineers + 1 Sales Support Administrator)
• Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets
• Manage the marketing budget—publications, trade shows, digital presence
• Oversee extended-warranty sales support
• Sign off on high-value/high-risk projects
• Review tenders/contracts to protect business interests
• Prepare monthly performance reports for CEO/owners
• Drive strategic business development and market expansion
• Align all activities with company vision and financial goals
