Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our state-based company. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Asia countries especially in the China market sector. Create the new business opportunities and maintenance the existing marketing shares in overseas countries. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively position our company’s products and services in the market.

PROVIDE COACHING, TRAINING, AND SUPPORT TO ENHANCE THE SKILLS AND PERFORMANCE OF TEAM MEMBERS.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that emphasises accountability and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
