Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

NRG7 is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager with experience in promoting VEU and Solar Products. Must have 2 or more years experience in VEU or Solar sales as well as team managing experience. Experience in running teams under VEU program and knowledge will be helpful. You will start as a Team Manager with potential progress to a Higher management role dependent on your success.
Managing internal Sales Team, External Sales channels and partners will be day to day role. Managing Day to Operation and coordination can be add on Task.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and develop a high performing sales team that is spread across Australia to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Develops specific customer strategies and campaign plans.
  • Is accountable for implementing and executing the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target.
  • Provides regular reporting, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, key account status, market condition updates and sales team performance.
  • Provides support to the sales team through duties that may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, database management, product training or other related tasks.
  • Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function.
  • Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints.
  • Recruit capable and skilled candidates.
  • Develops and implements promotional events and interacts with external contacts to increase sales volume.
  • Coordinate with operations team and manage day to day operations if required.
  • Coordinate with marketing team daily.
