POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the company’s sales initiatives and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in expanding our customer base, increasing market penetration, and driving revenue growth through strategic campaigns, business development, and customer engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience (at least 1 year) in a similar managerial role, preferably in service-oriented or pest management industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales performance analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Relevant Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends in the pest control industry.
  • Lead the marketing team in planning, executing, and analysing digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s client base in both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, promotional strategies, and service positioning.
  • Manage advertising budgets and evaluate return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of promotional content, digital marketing materials, and social media presence.
  • Lead sales forecasting, performance tracking, and regular reporting to senior management.
  • Liaise with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations and feedback.
  • Train and manage sales personnel, setting KPIs and motivating the team to meet revenue targets.
  • Represent PestRelief Australia at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
