This role is focused on building scalable systems, strengthening market positioning, and driving structured growth across all target markets.  The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with industry experience who can translate growth momentum into disciplined, repeatable processes and long-term market expansion.    Key Responsibilities    Strategic Growth Leadership  * Develop and execute a multi-year sales and marketing growth strategy  * Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and performance dashboards  * Identify expansion opportunities across new markets, verticals, and geographies  * Provide executive leadership with actionable market intelligence and strategic recommendations  Team Leadership & Development  * Lead, mentor, and scale the Sales and Marketing teams  * Establish clear accountability structures and performance expectations  * Conduct structured goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews  * Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, estimating, and production teams  Revenue Management & Forecasting  * Oversee pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and revenue tracking  * Develop and refine pricing strategies aligned with market conditions  * Analyze financial performance and adjust strategy as needed to achieve growth targets  Marketing & Brand Expansion  * Lead brand positioning efforts to strengthen market presence  * Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign strategies  * Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue objectives  * Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to maintain differentiation  Qualifications  * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field  * 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or signage/branding industries  * Proven experience scaling revenue within a growth-oriented company  * Strong financial and forecasting acumen  * Demonstrated ability to build structure within expanding organizations  * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills  * Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales technologies    Why Pro Signs  Pro Signs has experienced strong recent growth and is positioned for continued expansion.
