Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, group bookings, and individual guests.
Create and promote packages, special offers, and discounts to maximize revenue.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the hotel.
Identify, target, and attract new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Manage accounts of key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and assess market opportunities for the hotel.
Use market insights to inform and adjust sales strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, rates, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Overcome client hesitations and finalize bookings in accordance with hotel policies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
Plan and host site inspections and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel’s facilities.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and events, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with event teams to plan and execute meetings, conferences, and other events held at the hotel.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Attend sales meetings and participate in sales team activities.
