Reporting to Sales Director, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales and meeting sales and profit targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or Diploma
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in fish farming/marine/foul control sector
• Self-motivated, independent and resourceful
• Effective team player with good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business meetings

• Build and maintain existing customer relationships & achieve sales targets
• Identify new sales opportunities for company’s products and services in marine sector
• Develop and manage sales budget, forecasts and establish pricing strategies
• Coordinate production with factory & ensure product availability
• Working with factory to ensure timely delivery
• Provide after-sales support such as following up on customers’ feedback, managing after-sales issues
• Attend or participate in exhibitions & trade shows to promote companies products and services
