Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of multiple clients for a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, lead marketing initiatives, and manage sales teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to grow brand presence and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels. Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Track and analyze KPIs to optimize marketing campaigns and sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
