ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Working closely with our Head of Marketing and the Group eCommerce Manager, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact by driving revenue, building customer relationships, and showcasing our iconic brand to the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and implement dynamic sales and marketing strategies to fuel business growth.
• Oversee offline and online marketing initiatives, from email campaigns to social media and events.
• Collaborate with our ECommerce Manager to align marketing with paid advertising campaigns.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to captivate our customers.
• Analyse market trends, sales data, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets for marketing and sales activities to maximise ROI.
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Support our stores with local marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and consistent branding.
