Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to attract and retain students, enhance the college’s brand presence, and promote our academic programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and engagement.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and public relations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to promote programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
