JOB DESCRIPTION:

As our experienced Sales and Marketing personnel, you will be a critical driver of our organisation’s growth, responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the NDIS market. Your role will play a pivotal part in increasing awareness of our NDIS services, attracting new clients, and fostering partnerships within the disability support community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven and substantial experience in NDIS Sales and Marketing or a similar role, with a strong record of accomplishments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, its processes, and the disability support industry.
  • Exceptional management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and networks.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with NDIS-specific software and reporting requirements.
  • A demonstrated problem-solving mindset and a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies focused on the NDIS market, with a strong emphasis on achieving growth targets.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Convert leads into enrolled NDIS participants through effective communication and support.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with NDIS plan managers, support coordinators, Social workers and other stakeholders in the disability support sector.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, including securing NDIS service agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, online content, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Track and meet targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery in line with NDIS guidelines and standards.
  • Stay updated with NDIS policy changes and industry best practices, integrating them into our strategies.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to NDIS guidelines and regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and conversion rates.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise sales and marketing strategies.
