QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in sales preferably in the HVAC or industrial sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meeting and events.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and commercial HVAC market.
• Conduct on-site visits to client locations to understand their needs and offer proven HVAC solutions.
• Create and manage promotional materials, including brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and other digital content.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and identify additional service opportunities.
• Participate in generating detailed proposals and presentations that clearly outline solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Provide regular reports to the manager, detailing sales activities, tracking progress, and highlighting challenges.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions using the company CRM system.
