We’re seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist to accelerate revenue growth by building relationships with dentists and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
This dual-focused role blends outbound sales efforts—such as high-volume cold calling, in-person visits, and relationship cultivation—with oversight of marketing campaigns including direct mail, SEO/PPC, and event coordination. Your mission: win new business and retain loyal customers through smart engagement and seamless execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in inside sales and business development
• Experience managing marketing efforts (direct mail, digital advertising, events)
• Expertise with CRM platforms
• Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

• Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to dental practices to establish new client relationships and secure trial business
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using HubSpot CRM
• Systematically follow up with prospects and current clients to drive retention and recover lost business
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals
• Coordinate third-party vendors for direct mail, digital ads, and event logistics
• Track campaign performance and sales metrics using CRM-integrated tools
• Ensure all outreach, follow-ups, and initiatives are organized and executed on schedule
• Communicate professionally and persuasively across written and verbal channels
