Description

The Center for Sleep Medicine is an employee-owned medical practice accredited by the AASM. We are actively searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Orland Park, IL. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position serves as the liaison to referring physicians, providing ongoing communication and patient care coordination. In doing so, the Marketing Representative will build rapport with referral sources while prospecting for additional referral streams, resulting in new and repeat business opportunities. Furthermore, all Sales and Marketing Representatives are asked to assist with the development of marketing strategies and collateral as needed while providing ongoing account management through our CRM platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Candidates must have ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction, act with intellectual honesty and integrity and are motivated, persistent and detail oriented
    One (2) year in sales or client-facing roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years’ medical or healthcare sales or 5 years’ general healthcare experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Relationship Skills: Build rapport, develop and grow based on feedback, retain customers
  • Sales Skills: Prospect new opportunities, sell benefits/value proposition, handle objections, achieve quota
  • Professional Skills: Time management, problem-solving, self-motivated, organized, able to travel locally
Responsibilities
  • Articulate the Center for Sleep Medicine’s value proposition and differentiators
  • Develop, maintain, and grow collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build a robust pipeline of new business through strategic prospecting, partner referrals, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of market trends with referral sources while proactively identifying new opportunities
  • Be proficient using CRM and MS Office to drive strong account and area market management
  • Utilize Sales Best Practices to drive opportunity and data driven results
  • Achieve quarterly sales quota
