SALES AND MARKETING

Sales:

• Customer Relationship: maintain bonding with existing customers and ensure any business related procedures and requirements are followed.
• Find New Prospects: generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
• Able to give consultant/advice related to product/procedures/safety to customers when asked
• Work with multiple departments (finance, operation) in cooperation to achieve company’s goals

Marketing:

• Update company’s social medias to attract traffic and improve the branding
• Create cost-effective promotions and/or campaigns to boost engagement
• Find channels, ways and idea to increase reputation and brand awareness
• Able to mix around innovations with traditional marketing, to maximize out reach population
• Ad-hoc projects in accordance to meet company’s goals
