Job Summary
Al Bader Exchange is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our Head Office team in Sharjah. This role will focus on driving sales and awareness of our flagship services, particularly the Wage Protection System (WPS) for hassle-free, compliant salary payments and remittance services for swift, secure global money transfers. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets to expand our market presence in these critical areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership for WPS and Remittance:
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients (SMEs, corporates, and institutions) to promote WPS and remittance services.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to showcase the benefits of our WPS platform (fully compliant with UAE regulations) and cost-effective, secure remittance solutions.
  • Drive client onboarding for WPS, ensuring seamless integration for salary payments, and promote remittance services to meet diverse client needs.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution:
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote WPS and remittance services across digital platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing) and traditional channels (e.g., industry events, trade shows).
  • Highlight Al Bader’s competitive edge, such as best rates for remittances and hassle-free WPS solutions, to attract new clients.
  • Leverage the Al Bader Exchange mobile app to enhance client engagement and promote digital financial solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, focusing on upselling WPS integrations and remittance packages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize our 24/7 live chat support system to coordinate with clients and schedule appointments to discuss their specific needs.
  • Market Research and Insights:
  • Analyze market trends in payroll solutions and remittances, including competitor offerings, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance WPS adoption and remittance volumes, aligning with Al Bader’s customer-centric approach.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals for WPS enrollments and remittance transactions, tracked via CRM tools.
  • Report on key performance indicators, such as client acquisition rates, revenue growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Collaboration:
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with Central Bank of UAE regulations and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) guidelines for WPS.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and IT teams to deliver seamless WPS and remittance solutions.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Represent Al Bader Exchange at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote our WPS, remittance, and corporate services.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Certifications in sales, digital marketing, or financial services are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in financial services (e.g., money exchange, banking, or fintech).
  • Proven track record in promoting WPS, remittance services, or similar financial products is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of UAE’s Wage Protection System (WPS) and international remittance processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Pashto (proficiency in all five languages is highly preferred to engage diverse clients).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive sales strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining ethical sales practices.
