JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of vehicles, customer preferences, and market dynamics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in automotive sales and/or marketing.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (French/Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of vehicle models, specifications, and industry trends.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in luxury or commercial vehicle sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of UAE automotive market and existing client network.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, presenting suitable vehicle options based on their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Provide detailed information to customers about vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
