We’re now looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist – Network Channel to amplify that approach, ensuring Daitum is front-of-mind for the organisations that matter most.
The Impact You'll Make
You’ll be the connector who ensures Daitum is part of the conversations that lead to real opportunities. By creating touchpoints that deepen relationships with existing and adjacent customers - you’ll help us expand within key accounts and attract new business. You’ll leverage your existing network to build warm introductions and utilise marketing channels to create new ones.
What You'll Do
- Work with sales to develop sector-specific collateral (articles, ads, LinkedIn campaigns) for industries like aged care and utilities.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities for deeper engagement within existing customers.
- Coordinate targeted activities within key accounts and adjacents - e.g., customer lunches, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Research and select high-value conferences, expos, and networking events where Daitum should have a presence.
- Secure speaking opportunities, sponsorships, or panel spots that position Daitum as a thought leader.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, partners, and event organisers to open new doors.
- Track the impact of activities on brand visibility, inbound leads, and account growth.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in network marketing, partner marketing, or relationship-driven business development - ideally in complex B2B software or SaaS.
- 5+ years in the Aged Care sector is preferable
- Experience in supporting complex sales processes.
- A proven ability to identify and act on opportunities that lead to meaningful conversations and long-term relationships.
- Strong research skills to assess event and channel ROI.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for connecting people and ideas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- A proactive, self-starting approach - you see opportunities where others don’t.
