JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the educational sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment, building strong relationships with institutions and parents, and promoting our educational services/programs in the Abu Dhabi market.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred: specialization in education or marketing).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the educational sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Promote educational programs through direct sales, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, training institutes, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and marketing analysis for management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up with prospective students/parents.
