Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the generator or power solutions industry.
  • Strong knowledge of generators, power systems, and related technical aspects is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license (or as per local requirement).
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To promote and sell generators and power solutions, develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:SALES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts within the assigned territory or sector.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals to clients.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Follow up on inquiries, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
