This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Yournotify. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, conducting training, and managing sales operations.

  • Experience in training individuals or teams
  • Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Knowledge of email marketing, sms marketing and content creation is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.Flexible and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and target potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales.
  • Define revenue driven KPIs and achievable milestone that meets target
  • Ability to generate leads in key target industries (Finance, Education and Retail/Commence)
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing content.
  • Track, report, and analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy.Work with monthly targets (5-10 enterprise leads) and ability to meet minimum KPI (revenue)
