The entire business outside Germany and Austria is managed at Krombacher International GmbH. The main tasks are to open up and develop markets and to communicate with customers and consumers around the world. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Trainee with a training and qualification period of 24 months. The intended share will be 70 % sales, 20 % marketing and 10 % project work. Job Description Field Sales Support. You support field sales operations across diverse on-trade and off-trade channels, including customer visits and coordination with distributors and wholesalers in the beer and beverage industry. Sales Execution & Activation. You help execute sales initiatives such as listings, distribution, visibility, pricing, promotions and volume-driving activities. Performance Monitoring & Data Management. You are responsible for monitoring sales performance, distribution, and stock availability as well as maintaining customer and outlet data in CRM or sales systems. Brand Activation & Trade Marketing Support. You assist in planning and executing brand activation campaigns including promotions, POS materials, in-store execution, tastings, events, and festivals as well as social media content. Market Analysis & Campaign Tracking. You provide market and competitor insights (such as pricing, packaging, promotions, innovations) and track campaign performance and consumer engagement. Cross-Functional Coordination & Planning. You collaborate with logistics, supply chain, finance and production, support in forecasting and promotional planning, reporting, and compliance with local alcohol regulations and responsible drinking guidelines. Projekt Work. You are taking CRM co-ownership and support data mining and enrichment to build new market and customer pipelines. Additionally, you conduct acquisition activities.
