We’re looking for a Sales and Operations coordinator to join our team. Working closely with our Project Management and Sales team, you will be managing customer accounts, following up quotes and booking meetings, whilst promoting the company as a supplier of choice.
We’re looking for someone who has great customer service and relationship liaison skills. Who can build strong relationships with and deliver excellent customer service to our new and existing customers.
Duties will involve -
· Completion of diarised activities and monitoring of quote follow ups
· Organising appointments for the Management team
· Ensuring the Operational Teams have all necessary documentation to carry out the works
· Provide weekly notification to Sales / Operations Team with current and up to date Project lead times
· Creating all invoices, including applications for payments and taking into account any other terms agreed
· Health & Safety documentation, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Systems of Work etc are supplied to the operational team
You’ll be able to
· Communicate and organise work and time effectively
· Manage existing customer base and contracts ensuring any new opportunities are processed
In this role you’ll receive product and skills training, helping you to develop valuable commercial skills and manage key accounts.
