OVERVIEW

We are seeking an outgoing, versatile and organized Sales and Operations Coordinator to assist in various tasks across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of administrative and operational duties. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our head office and Activity Centre.

SKILLS

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service is an asset.
  • Proficient in using various office software (Excel) and systems.
  • Knowledge of tour operations is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties to support office team
  • Help process online bookings and respond to email enquiries
  • Assist with group inquiries and help secure quotes.
  • Complete a weekly brochure run and bi-weekly hotel visits.
  • Send out customer surveys, compile responses, and analyze data.
  • Provide assistance in the Banff Adventures store during busy periods or special events.
  • Assist with bike replacements and rescue operations with company vehicle for Bike tours
  • Assist with ordering supplies and managing concession needs.
  • Research projects as needed
