  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach and support in all areas of the depot.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on sales and operations coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our depot. The role is varied and requires someone who is confident in both customer facing tasks and practical warehouse duties. You will act as a key support to the Sales and Operations supervisor, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming calls, handling customer enquiries, and taking customer orders accurately.
  • Assisting with the processing and fulfilment of customer orders.
  • Supporting warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and stock control.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
  • Helping to coordinate deliveries and collections.
  • Monitoring stock levels and highlighting shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assisting with depot administration, including order entry and record keeping.
  • Contributing to team performance by supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment.
