JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide seamless customer service to customers, and students.
• Assist/create content and do posting at social media. Handle customer communication, maintain leads-in and closely follow-up
• Perform sales of musical products, music course enrollment, events helper etc.
• Responsible for our day-to-day operations and support the outlet manager in daily business and school operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum “O"-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
• Strong work ethic and diligence, committed to achieving exceptional result, and retail hours
• Customer-focused mindset with effective verbal communication skills
