THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales & Operations Executive to play a key role in driving sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.This is a varied and autonomous role where you’ll handle the sales process from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with our warehouse team for picking, packing, and logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer enquiries and process orders via email, phone, and in person.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with new and existing customers, working towards agreed sales targets.
• Purchase products for stock and customer-specific requirements.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Organise incoming stock for your division.
• Handle occasional local deliveries when required.
• Keep accurate records and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
