JOB SUMMARY

We are a growing EV conversion company focused on transforming iconic classic cars — such as the Austin Healey — into beautifully crafted electric vehicles. These are not just cars; they are luxury items for discerning buyers who value heritage, design, and sustainability.
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Lead to play a key role in managing customer relationships, supporting day-to-day operations, and driving sales. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career with experience in the luxury or automotive sectors and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
This role reports directly to the CEO of the company. You will be primarily based in the UK however customers and their cars are based in the UK, USA, Europe and the Middle East.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during and after the sale.
  • Ensure all touchpoints — from first enquiry to handover — reflect the quality and values of the brand.
  • Handle follow-ups and minor support queries with professionalism and warmth.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury, automotive, or lifestyle sector.
  • A proven ability to manage details, timelines, and logistics with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for classic cars, electric vehicles, or design-led luxury products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients in the UK and overseas.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and conduct consultations, either in person or remotely.
  • Coordinate and host test drives, car show appearances, and client events.
  • Guide clients through the purchase process with confidence and discretion.
  • Earn generous commission for each vehicle sale, in addition to your base salary.
