Description

This is a ground zero operation.
911 Rapid Water Response is the Toronto brand of Felicita Holdings Ltd., a Vancouver-based group with active businesses in home services and restoration. We’re expanding into the Toronto area, and this role is at the center of that expansion.
You’ll be building out the Toronto branch alongside ownership: leading crews, setting up systems, and driving profitability. If you want clear accountability and upside directly tied to results, this is the opportunity.
Compensation Philosophy
Our model is simple: “eat what you kill.”

We keep base lean and reward performance heavily.

  • Base: $5,000/month ($60k/yr) – higher base possible for an exceptional fit, offset by lower share.
  • Profit Share: Large, uncapped, directly tied to branch profitability.
  • OTE Example: In Vancouver, our Operations Manager averaged $20k/quarter in profit share ($80k/yr). With base, that’s $140k+/yr—and there’s room to exceed as you scale the Toronto branch.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & grow the field team – hire, schedule, coach, and hold technicians accountable for safety, quality, and speed.
  • Own dispatch & scheduling – coordinate rapid response for water, sewage, and storm events; optimize utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Quality & compliance – ensure airtight scoping, drying plans, moisture mapping, and documentation.
  • Client & adjuster comms – be the steady, credible point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurers.
  • Job costing & margins – track materials, labor, equipment days; drive profitable change orders; reduce leakage and callbacks.
  • Equipment & inventory – deploy, track, and maintain dehus/air movers/extractors; manage vendors and loss prevention.
  • Process & SOPs – implement repeatable workflows, safety procedures, and field checklists to improve cycle time.
  • KPI ownership – book rate, response time, dry-out compliance, NPS, gross margin, and utilization.
  • Reporting – deliver weekly/monthly ops + P&L insights, with clear action plans to lift profitability.
  • On-call coverage – rotate into after-hours schedule to capture and convert urgent leads.

What You Bring

  • Proven operations/crew management experience in restoration, construction, or trades.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management; calm under pressure.
  • Comfort with CRM/dispatch/job tools (Jobber/ServiceTitan/Housecall Pro) and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with insurance workflows (Xactimate/Encircle a plus); IICRC WRT/ASD nice to have.
  • A process mindset with accountability baked in.

First 90 Days

  • Stabilize schedule & on-call rotation; lift book rate and response SLAs.
  • Standardize job documentation; reduce rework/callbacks.
  • Build out weekly KPI dashboard; identify margin quick wins.
  • Lay the groundwork for our Toronto branch under 911 Rapid Water Response.

How to Apply

Send your resume and a short cover letter explaining:

  • Your track record in ops/crew management.
  • A few KPI wins you’ve driven.
  • Why our performance-heavy comp model fits how you work.

This is a rare chance to build a branch from the ground up with the backing of Felicita Holdings Ltd. (Vancouver). We’re excited to meet you.
