We are seeking an experienced P/L Owner to lead a business unit focused on moving and logistics projects. This strategic role involves P&L ownership, operations management, and growth initiatives. You will shape the future of our logistics division, driving both financial results and operational efficiency. What You Will Deliver Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profit margins, and cost control. Develop strategies for market growth, identifying expansion opportunities, and building a robust business pipeline. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and the driver pool to ensure great service, repeat business, and strengthen partnerships. Ensure operational excellence by overseeing & optimizing logistics processes, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely service & delivery. Collaborate across teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to execute new business initiatives and support overall company growth. Represent the business unit in discussions with partners, vendors, clients, and senior management, providing insights and strategic direction. Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep the business unit ahead of market changes. Develop KPIs to evaluate performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive innovation & improvement. Who You Are Degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in logistics management. 5-8 years of experience in logistics or moving sectors, with proven P&L ownership experience, including financial analysis and forecasting. Proven ability to scale projects in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of growth initiatives and operational improvements. Sensitivity to numbers, with the ability to prepare P&L reports and create actionable insights. Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and driving them towards ambitious goals.
