POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager of the Customer Care Hub is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our cabinet and countertop operations. This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational processes, and driving business growth while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. You will work under the direct direction of the COO and in strong collaboration with the Director of Supply Chain as well as the Director of Sales and Marketing. This role is multi-faceted and staffed with a team who will provide exceptional, full cycle sales and service to our customers, efficient branch performance, and achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, comfortable with driving sales as well as proven track record of improving productivity. We are in growth mode looking to double our business in the next five years, exciting times, exciting opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales management, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong background in building materials or construction industry preferred. services.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, performance metrics, and operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering effective collaboration across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage value add operations in a distribution or manufacturing company.
  • Proficiency in operational and lean management tools and practices
