Are you driven by a dynamic, high-energy fitness environment? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Sales and Operations Manager to join our growing team.
Your role as Sales & Operations Manager:
· Drive membership growth, optimising day-to-day operations, and creating a first-class experience for our members

· Lead from the front to achieve membership sales targets and drive lead generation initiatives

  • Support marketing campaigns, outreach events, and in-club promotions

· Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the club

  • Consistently hit KPIs related to membership growth and club operations

· Ensure all operational standards are met

  • Handling member queries, escalations, and ensuring retention strategies are implemented
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Ensure club management software is updated and maintained effectively
  • Maintain outstanding service levels to enhance the member journey
