Your tasks

Analysis and optimization of truck utilization as well as existing dispatching and route planning processes.
Conducting regular dispatch checks at the operating locations to ensure economical transport planning.
Monitoring and evaluation of transport-relevant KPIs (e.g., capacity utilization, empty run rate, cost per trip, resource utilization)
Identification of optimization potential in transport planning, route control and deployment planning of vehicles, personnel and subcontractors
Development and implementation of concrete measures to increase efficiency, profitability and service quality in truck transport
Responsibility for the accuracy and further development of process and transport key performance indicators
Creation of meaningful reports for managing scheduling and supporting decision-making.
Presentation of the evaluations, identified optimization potentials and concrete measures to the management.
Participation in or management of projects for the further development of transport processes and TMS systems
Close collaboration with dispatch, fleet management and operational managers
