• Managing customer relationships and driving market development for the service station, cultivating lasting client partnerships, and enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction.
• Drive market expansion within the service station, achieving sales targets through strategic customer acquisition and effective retention.
• Analyze market trends, design strategic business growth plans, and implement effective initiatives to optimize network performance and drive sustainable success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, achieving business targets while optimizing sales efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate regional and network resources to optimize the customer service experience and enhance customer loyalty.
• Consistently gather customer feedback to drive insights and improvements, optimizing business processes, and provide feasible improvement suggestions.
• Ensure efficient and effective management of operations within the designated area.
• Implement and oversee the talent management strategies to build a strong talent pipeline and fostering continuous development and enhancement of employee skills through targeted Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives.
