  • Drive market expansion within the service station, achieving sales targets through strategic customer acquisition and effective retention.
  • Analyze market trends, design strategic business growth plans, and implement effective initiatives to optimize network performance and drive sustainable success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, achieving business targets while optimizing sales efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate regional and network resources to optimize the customer service experience and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Consistently gather customer feedback to drive insights and improvements, optimizing business processes, and provide feasible improvement suggestions.
