Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the School Relationship Manager (VIC), the Sales and Partnerships Coordinator is a key support role within our Business Development Team. You’ll provide essential administrative and organisational support to ensure seamless sales and partnership operations.
Your role will involve managing leads, coordinating proposals and tenders, overseeing partnership agreements, and supporting key events to foster strong relationships with our partnering schools.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position from 3rd March 2025 – 26th September 2025.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, Trello, and Excel.
- Proposal & Tender Support: Ensure timely and precise completion of Expression of Interest (EOI) documents and partnership proposals.
- Partnership & Service Agreements: Assist in the management and administration of agreements with new and existing school partners.
- Sales & Marketing Collateral: Coordinate materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Support engagement activities such as new school events and transition events.
- Financial Administration: Assist with key financial tasks, including managing service agreements and fee spreadsheets.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide accurate reports on sales and partnership activities.
- Operational & Team Support: Work closely with the Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure smooth collaboration and effective business processes.
