A top EdTech brand is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales and Partnerships Lead to drive its growth through strategic partnerships and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with proven experience in forging and managing strategic partnerships, preferably within the EdTech or technology sector.
As the B2B Sales and Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential clients in the education sector.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporate clients, and government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all partner-related activities, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities and results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the EdTech space.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective sales and partnership management.
  • Identify and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing partners and clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and partnership professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management, including sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the EdTech or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector, including key stakeholders, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
