REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Hands-on, concrete, eager, takes ownership, makes it happen
  • You are a self-starter who can set independent goals and meet deadlines.
  • You are able to explain technical solutions in simple terms to clients.
  • Preferably worked for an installation company, with focus on electrification challenges
  • Preferably Technical background
  • A network of clients with electrification challenges is preferred
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Do you have a passion for the energy market and want to use your commercial skills to help build the sustainable energy system of the future? We are looking for someone to drive sales and expand our key partnerships. This can only be achieved if, like us, you are convinced of the importance of a new, sustainable energy system. You are commercially savvy and creative, knowing how to set up collaborations that benefit all parties involved. As a Sales & Partner Manager, you will be part of the commercial team to help our clients. The team consists of Inside Sales, Business Developers, Tendermanager, Technical Sales Engineer and you! You report to Director Sales & Partnerships. iwell just closed a financing round, so the teams job is to scale the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attract new business, manage and expand existing relationships with partners while seizing new opportunities for collaborations.
  • Help clients with ground-congestion challenges such as in the PV and eMobility sectors, typically operating ‘behind the meter’.
  • Use excellent communication and negotiation skills to build sustainable and successful partnerships.
  • Analyse partner needs and develop strategies to enhance our partnership framework.
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and generate new ideas.
  • Explore uncharted possibilities with creativity and expertise to elevate partnerships and contribute to iwell’s success.
  • Possess experience in renewable energy development.
