We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Personal Support Manager to engage with prospective and existing clients across Europe, promoting the investment products and services offered by Freedom24. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial knowledge with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships, provide personalized support, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote investment products and services offered by Freedom24; Provide personalized support to clients, addressing inquiries related to trading, account management, and platform usage; Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective relationship building and consultative sales approach; Collaborate with the Head of Department to implement sales strategies and support initiatives; Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in CRM; Stay updated on financial markets, regulatory changes, and company products. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in investment firms or brokerage companies, in a Sales/Relationship Manager role; Strong understanding of stock markets, trading instruments, and investment principles; Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Russian (both written and spoken); Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment with clear KPIs; Strong client-focused mindset and problem-solving skills; Developed networking in Europe, with contacts established through conferences, business clubs, and other professional events; Relevant certifications (e.g., CySEC, CFA, or similar) are advantageous.
